Penthouse

Mini penthouse, with 5 rooms, totaling 150 square meters remained the same in size and division but received a renewed exterior and a lot of style.

I started this project with a 3D simulation in order to illustrate to the clients their dream, while jointly thinking about understanding the needs and limitations that existed for us in the property.

In this case, the clients were overwhelmed and confused as a result of an irregular process that began before I arrived, and I was required to gather all the necessary information and data in order to start over.

Our timelines were short, so we began by seeing and feeling the situation on the ground, and from there we moved to technical and practical planning in cooperation with the contractor and according to the timelines allocated to us.
